Luis wins the AIAA William T. Piper Sr. General Aviation Systems Graduate Award
Luis Alarcon Aneiva has been named a recipient of the William T. Piper, Sr. General Aviation Systems Graduate Award by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) General Aviation Technical Committee.
